I have created my new online account, but I cannot see any of my loan information.

While we establish your home loan records with our new servicing department you will be able to register a new online account with your new loan number through the new portal here 5 days after transfer date. Full functionality, viewing loan information and making a payment, will be available 10 days after the transfer date.

There may be a delay in posting the payment, however the payment will be effective dated for the date of receipt. Keep in mind, all late charges are suspended and no negative credit reporting 60 days after the transition.
