  2. Have private mortgage insurance in Alaska
  3. Have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac insured loan
  4. Have wanted to refinance in Alaska but were told they didn't qualify
  5. Alaska refinances of up to 95% loan-to-value
  6. Good payment history on current Alaska loan
  7. Additional requirements apply
