  2. Have private mortgage insurance in Michigan
  3. Have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac insured loan
  4. Have wanted to refinance but were told they didn't qualify
  5. Michigan refinances of up to 95% loan-to-value
  6. Good payment history on current Michigan loan
  7. Additional requirements apply
