● A borrower can request a loan recast if they meet the following requirements:
▪ Must be a Conventional loan
▪ At least two payments have been completed
▪ Minimum of $10,000 to be paid toward
▪ Must pay upfront $350 processing fee
● You have the ability to submit and lock loans online versus manual update
● Our agency and FHA products do not have a max DTI as long as the lender receives an AUS approval. VA maximum is 60%
● Currently, Home Point is not accepting Freddie ACE loans
