Matt has over 20 years of professional services work experience with Fortune 100 companies. He joined Home Point Financial in 2016 to lead the growing demands of business administration and governance, providing strategic input and leading top business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. With a proven track record of business management, financial performance, customer service, strategy planning and execution, Matt brings strong leadership to the governance team.

Previously, Matt served as the President of Global Trade Management at Livingston International Inc. He joined Livingston with the acquisition of the customs and trade compliance services business of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., where he served as Vice President and Executive Director of Global Trade Services. At Livingston International, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Livingston’s global trade management business in North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to his work with JPMorgan & Livingston, Matt served as Vice President of the Trade Management Services Group at UPS where he aligned key business functions to drive sales and improve service delivery and business performance. Matt established strong leadership and business acumen while working for General Electric as an E-Business Leader and Six Sigma Blackbelt. Additionally, he served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. National Guard, receiving numerous awards for leadership excellence during his tenure.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
